  2. Collect point each time when you spend at SDS. Accumulate point to exchange cash voucher! (RM1 exclude Service Tax and Service Charge equals to 1 point, every 400 points are eligible to redeem RM10 cash voucher)
  3. Member is able to view all the transaction record and point collection. Point collected is valid for 1 year upon to the collection date. (For example, customer spends RM10 on 10 Aug 2019 will collect 10 points, and this 10 points will expire on 10 Aug 2020. This customer spends another RM20 on 10 Sept 2019 and collect 10 points, this 10 points will expire on 10 Sept 2020)

MEMBER DAY

  1. Every 15th of the month is SDS Member Day.
  2. Up to 50% discount on selected dishes for SDS Member when dine-in SDS Café on Member Day
  3. Earn double points with any purchase at SDS during Member Day. (For example, spend RM30 on 15 Aug 2019, points collected will be 60pts)

MEMBER MUST KNOW

  1. Member fees is RM12 per year, sign up for 3 years at RM25 only! Save more!
  2. Expiry date will be 1 year or 3 years upon registration date. (Example: 1 September 2019 register for 1 year, expiry date is 31 August 2020)

SDS Membership Terms & Condition

USAGE OF E-MEMBER

By receiving, acknowledging or using the SDS E-Membership, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and bound by all the terms and conditions of the Membership Program herein. The E-Membership is only usable at participating SDS Outlets (“SDS”). You are required to present the E-Member QR Code on your mobile app at SDS (without demand from the Outlets) before the purchase of any products and services to enjoy the Member benefits and discounts. All benefits and discounts offered upon presentation of the QR Code are not redeemable with other SDS prevailing special offers, promotions, vouchers, set meal, and/or festive items, unless otherwise stated. 

ELIGIBILITY OF E-MEMBER

All interested customers are eligible to apply. You may apply for the E-Member by filling in the application form (“Application”)  on SDS App, and visit SDS Outlets to pay for membership fee. You are entitled for one E-Membership only. The Membership is strictly not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, not for sale and can only be used by the individual who is named or registered for the E-Member. 

BENEFITS

E-Members may be eligible for benefits as SDS in our discretion decide to provide. They may receive invitations for SDS launches/previews of new SDS products, special invitations to SDS sponsored events or any additional exclusive SDS promotional offers. 

NON-TRANSFERABLE

The Membership is not transferable – it is for the personal use of the person whose name is shown in our system. 

VARIATIONS

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time at our sole discretion, without notice and in such manner as we may decide, amend or reserve the benefits and privileges conferred by the use of the E-Member or these terms and conditions and a E-Member shall be bound by any variation or amendment or addition to the terms and conditions herein. 

DISCRETION

We reserve the right to make decisions on all matters concerning the Membership, privileges and all matters in relation to SDS E-Membership and in the event of any dispute, our decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. The E-Member warrants and represents to SDS that all information and particulars contained in this Application are true and correct in all respects. SDS reserves the right to require an E-Member to provide supporting documents (such as NRIC or passport) to verify identity, or other personal details. 

TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

We shall not be liable or held responsible for any manner of misuse, or damage of the E-Membership and its benefits suffered by the Member. E-Membership is renewable with membership fee paid at SDS outlet upon membership expiration. 

PRIVACY NOTICE

We will collect personal information from you (such as your name, personal identification, address, phone number, email address, birthday etc) as part of your ownership of the E-Member. We may use the personal information to administer this program, to communicate with you regarding this program and our products services and promotions, to provide you with other information that you request, and/or to improve our product and service offerings. We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and will take all necessary reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is secured against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction. SDS and its affiliates under the strategic alliances reserve the right to use the database information for the purpose of cross selling, marketing and promotion activities. Our Data Protection and Privacy Notice which is available on our website (www.sdsgroups.com) will apply whenever you provide us with your personal information.
