- Full payment is required for all orders.
- Order will only be considered as successful upon payment received.
- Customer is responsible to ensure all the information are accurate. If there is any changes in Delivery Address, Self-Collection Branch, Contact Number, Date & Time, please contact us at +60127660589.
- Changes in Delivery Address or Self Collection Method might incur extra charges. Cost will be beared by customer.
- Only one-time changes are allowed for any change of delivery address or self-collection locations.
- Products may contain allergens, non-edible, sharp edged and / or choking decorative components.
- Cancellation of Order Policy
- Cancellation of order is not allowed and no refund will be allowed.
- Collection period with more than 3 days are allowed to reschedule for ONE Time only.

- Product & Substitution Policy
- All products shown in our website are subject to availability. In the event that there are any difficulties in supply, SDS reserves the right to exchange or substitute a product with equivalent value and quality with notice via email or WhatsApp.
- If customer request to change the product’s colour, add-ons, size, etc please WhatsApp to +60127660589. Collection period with less than 3 days, SDS reserves the right to accept or not to based on the request and lead time.
- Delivery & Self Collect Policy
- Delivery & Self Collection date are according to customer selection during the order.
- Change of date & time for Delivery or Self Collection are subject to production lead time. SDS reserves the right to reject for the change of date and time request.
- FREE delivery for purchase of RM80 and above in a single transaction.
- A standard RM7 delivery charges of RM7 will be imposed for purchase below RM80 in a single transaction.
- Delivery could be earlier or later than your preferred time slot as all deliveries is subjected to traffic condition, weather, and any unforeseen circumstances.
- Customize Cake, Wedding Gift Box and Full Moon Gift Box are only available for self-collection.
- Kindly ensure that the contact number provided is reachable. If there is no receiver at the delivery location, orders will be returned to SDS. RE-Delivery can be arranged on the same day with additional cost depending on the distance of location.
- Product Damage Policy
- If there is damage in product, please contact us via enquiry@sdsgroups.com or +60127660589 immediately and kindly attached with images and order number to support your claim. SDS will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
- Please noted that you have to notify us within 4 hours from the time you received the order. SDS May not accept the report as we are unable to investigate the matter to its full extend due to other parties are involved as well.
- Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of the product, no exchange or return are permitted.
- For any request of refund or exchange, you are required to submit your request to enquiry@sdsgroups.com or contact us at +60127660589 within 24 hours upon item received.
- Information including the product image upon item received, a copy of receipt together with your full name and IC number.
- Investigation will be conducted and reviewed by SDS. In the event that your case is eligible, a refund will be made. Please take note that refund will takes 7 – 10 working days, subjected to the relevant banks.
